implementation in business organizations
information systems implementation can be classified as direct or indirect.
Both groups can be divided either to positive or negative. Nevertheless they
play a key role in organization. It is commonly known that the great outcome of
information systems is visible in the improvement of the processes that occur
in organizations, e.g. less time needed to prepare a report with Business
Intelligence system. These improvements can be classified as direct outcomes of
information systems implementation. On the other hand several indirect outcomes
can be identified which includes the value of organization or the general
picture of organization on the market.
