Determinants in e-banking websites selection in Poland
The main objective of this article is to analyse individual
clients’ opinions concerning the factors influencing the selection of
particular e-banking websites and relations between the evaluation criteria.
After a short introduction the author reviewed and characterised the
anti-crisis criteria applied by the researchers conducting the survey.
Subsequently, the author analysed the criteria of the websites’ selection
from the point of view of a client. The final stage of the analyses was
examining respondents’ views on potential correlations between evaluation
criteria from the perspective of individual clients.
