Process approach and implementation
of organisational learning mechanisms in networks
using information systems
The studies discussed in this article explain the
applicability of the process approach to implementation of organisational
learning mechanisms in a network of companies.
The authors have described linear models of organisational learning with
a single and double learning loop in the network and discussed the application
of the process, information and knowledge “maturity model”
developed by the authors themselves. They have also touched upon the subject of
prototyping of an organisational learning model in business networks.
It has been assumed that the maturity models applied
can become the very starting point of an audit, development and improvement of
an organisational learning system in business networks.
